1.1 Financial SMS

Permission name: android.permission.READ_SMS

With your explicit authorization, the app may read SMS messages (SMS) sent by service or product providers, including but not limited to credit or debit card issuers, bank transaction notifications, credit card bill reminders, and payment platform alerts.

Purpose:

• To assist in automatically identifying and organizing financial information for quick generation of bills and transaction records;
• To provide automated expense tracking services, reducing manual input and improving bookkeeping efficiency and accuracy;
• In certain scenarios, to help verify the authenticity of transactions and enhance account security.

Special Notes:

• All SMS parsing and processing are performed locally on the device. The app does not upload or share your original SMS content.
• The collected information is limited to data contained in relevant financial messages and is accessed only with your explicit consent.
• You may disable this permission at any time in your system settings. Once disabled, automatic bill generation and analysis functions will no longer be available.

1.2 Approximate Location

Permission name: android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

With user consent, the app may access approximate location information provided by the system (such as city or regional level).

Purpose:

• To ensure financial records display the correct local date and time based on your region;
• To optimize certain localized features and statistics according to regional differences;
• To perform basic security verification and risk identification when unusual usage conditions are detected.

Special Notes:

• The app does not access or store precise latitude and longitude information, nor does it track user movement.
• The location data collected is used only for the purposes stated above and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
• You can disable this permission at any time in your device settings. Once disabled, some localization and security-related features may be limited.

1.3 Camera

Permission Name: android.permission.CAMERA

Purpose:

• Used for changing the profile picture and customizing a preferred avatar.

Special Notes:

• We do not use the camera permission for background recording or storing photos.
• The camera is only activated when the user explicitly operates it (e.g., changing the profile picture).

1.4 Advertising ID

Permission Name: com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID

Purpose:

• Analyze ad click performance to optimize user experience.
• Provide personalized recommendations (only with user consent).

Special Notes:

• We do not associate your Advertising ID with personally identifiable information.
• Users can manage or reset their Advertising ID in Google Play Services settings.

1.5 Device Information

To enhance your experience and ensure application security, we may collect the following device information:

• Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and device brand;
• Unique device identifiers (such as Android ID, IMEI, MAC address);
• Network information (IP address, carrier, network type);

1.6 Installed Application List (Applicable to Android Only)

To enhance automatic accounting capabilities and personalized services, we may collect your installed application list (applist), including:

• Application name and package name;
• Application category (such as finance, shopping, payment, etc.).

Purpose:

• Automatic accounting: Identifying shopping, payment, and financial apps to assist in recording your expenses;
• Personalized recommendations: Providing financial and budgeting advice that better suits your needs;
• Risk detection: Identifying suspicious applications to ensure account security.

Special Notes:

• We do not collect application data unrelated to accounting and do not monitor your app usage behavior;
• We do not share your application list information with any third party unless we have obtained your explicit consent.

1.7 WebView-Related Information Collection and Usage

This application includes a WebView component, primarily used to load the following content:

• Privacy Policy: Displays the latest privacy policy and user agreement.
• Help Center: Provides user guides and frequently asked questions.
• Other Official Pages: Such as promotional events, announcements, etc.

When you use WebView to load web pages, the following data may be involved:

• Accessed URL (for display purposes only, not stored)
• Cookies and cached data (managed by the respective web pages)
• Page interaction information (such as clicks, form submissions, etc.)

Special Notes:

• WebView may involve third-party web pages (such as the Help Center and policy pages). Please review and comply with their privacy policies.
• This application does not store your browsing history or track your web activities.

1.8 WebView & JSBridge Data Interaction

This application uses WebView and JSBridge to facilitate communication between web pages and the app, enabling enhanced functionality and seamless integration.

Data Interaction via WebView & JSBridge

Through JSBridge, web pages can interact with the app to:

• Access certain device features (e.g., camera, file storage, or system information)
• Enhance user experience by enabling smooth data exchange between web and app components

Purpose of Data Exchange

• Upload images in the Help Center to provide clearer feedback on issues.
• Providing personalized services, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience.

Special Notes

• Data exchanged via JSBridge is only processed within the application and not stored externally.
• WebView may load third-party web pages, which are subject to their respective privacy policies and data handling practices.
• WebView invokes JSBridge only during user interactions and does not automatically collect information in the background.
• Users can disable relevant permissions in system settings and delete uploaded data at any time.

1.9 Adjust & Facebook SDK

We have integrated Adjust SDK and Facebook SDK into our application for data analysis, advertising placement, and conversion tracking.

Adjust SDK may collect:

• Device information (device model, operating system, unique identifiers, etc.);
• Application installation data (first installation time, source channel, etc.);
• User behavior data (clicks, ad interactions, etc.).

Facebook SDK may collect:

• Device information (IP address, device identifiers, etc.);
• Ad interaction data (user clicks or views on ads).

Purpose:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of advertisements;
• Optimizing user experience and analyzing application usage;
• Providing more personalized marketing services.

Special Notes:

• Adjust and Facebook comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations;
• We do not provide personal identity information to Facebook or Adjust;
• Users can manage ad preferences in Facebook's privacy settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing core functionalities (such as automatic accounting, expense analysis, etc.);
• Optimizing product experience (such as device compatibility adjustments, bug fixes, etc.);

Third-Party Services Used in This Application:

• Adjust SDK (for advertising analysis, data compliant with GDPR & CCPA);
• Facebook SDK (for ad tracking and optimization, data compliant with Facebook's privacy policy);
• Advertising or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, only applicable with your consent).

If you use these third-party services, your information will be subject to their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how they handle your data.

• Permission Management: You can disable previously granted permissions (such as access to the application list or device information) in your device settings;
• Privacy Settings: Within the app, you can choose to disable personalized recommendations and automatic accounting;
• Account Deletion: If you no longer wish to use this application, you can contact us to request account deletion and the removal of all related data.

In-app operation: Go to "Settings" > "Account Management" > "Delete Account" to submit a request.
